If you like to have a beer ever so often, keep your money at home if you are going to do your consuming in a casino. I’m serious. Empty your handbag, your money belt, and keep all money, charge cards and checks at home. Pack whatever cash you anticipate to use on beverages, tipping and few dollars you expect to squander and keep the remainder behind.
Cynical? Not really. Realistic more like. You may well have a win after a boozy evening out with your compatriots and be lucky sufficiently to catch a marathon roll at a on fire craps game. Don’t forget that adventure seeing that it is as short-lived as it gets if you continuously drink and gamble. The two simply don’t mix.
Leaving your cash at home is a bit drastic, but defensive actions for excessive behavior is essential. If you play to succeed, then do not drink and play. If you like to blow your $$$$ nary a worry, then drink all the free beer your stomach are able to handle, but do not carry credit cards and cheques to toss into the mix of chasing losses after your hooched up head throws away everything!
Let me to carry this a single step further. Don’t drink and then go on the internet to bet in your favorite internet casino either. I love to drink from the comfort of my domicile, however seeing that I am linked up through Neteller, Firepay and keep credit cards near by, I can’t consume alcohol and bet.
How come? Even though I don’t drink alcohol a lot, once I drink alcohol, it’s certainly enough to befuddle my common sense. I wager, so I do not consume alcohol when gambling. If you are more of a drinker, don’t bet when you do. Both create a decimating, and expensive, drink.
