Casino Queen is anchored in East Saint Louis at 200 South Front Street. There are 150 beds and 7 penthouses close-at-hand at the gambling hall. The gambling hall occupiestwenty-seven five hundred square feet and provides many features. In addition to betting, Casino Queen presents a 2,500 patron riverboat, a one hundred and forty lot Winnebagotm camp and simple access to MetroLink light-train location.
